Stay in the Game with Sportsmetrics™ Training Program

We are a certified The Sportsmetrics training site. This highly acclaimed and scientifically proven program is primarily for training athletes. It can also be incorporated into rehabilitation programs. Some benefits of the Sportsmetrics program:

  • Reduces the risk of knee injuries
  • Increases vertical jump height

Sportsmetrics Training Program typically consists of three (3) sessions per week for six (6) weeks. Every session includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-ups
  • Jump/Plyometric drills
  • Strength training
  • Flexibility Exercises

Using state-of-the-art equipment, we make pre- and post- comparisons to measure patient improvement. The SportsmetricsTraining Program is available to individuals or small groups. Team and group discounts are available.
